Friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel has a nice pool, gym and spa. Beds were comfortable, room cleaning was fantastic. Hotel has shuttle to beaches and Dubai Mall. The room had a very nice view.

I have stayed in countless hotels over the past fifteen years - as my booking.com history will show - yet I have only left reviews on six occasions, and only for truly exceptional stays. Barceló Al Jaddaf Hotel is one of them. What makes this hotel stand out is above all the way guests are treated - with genuine warmth - which is why we extended our stay from the three days originally booked to a full three weeks. The hotel’s condition, facilities and dinner choices are all very good. Of course, every hotel can improve, and I would suggest creating a separate area in the restaurant for guests with young children to ensure a more relaxed dining experience for everyone. A very special thanks to all the front desk staff, the restaurant team, the BHeavan staff and Cristina for making our stay so comfortable. Keep up the great work - we look forward to returning!

Everything went perfectly. One note is that I made the mistake of booking a room with two single beds and I wanted to change the room to a double bed but the receptionist only agreed to pay an additional fee of AED 300 for two nights Please be lenient in the next times because the customer may make a mistake in booking unintentionally There is also a note of crowding in the interior parking lots of the hotel and this makes us wait a lot every time we come back from outside Thank you, we were happy to stay with you, and I hope that some of the notes you wrote will receive your attention.

From handling my reservations to providing valuable recommendations and assistance during my stay, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. Faith’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel not only welcome but genuinely valued as a guest. Kaoutar’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that all my requests were promptly and perfectly handled. Their consistency and dedication were a testament to their pride in their work, and I felt incredibly well taken care of. Andrew and Issam – Going the Extra Mile Andrew and Issam also stood out for their incredible service. Whether it was assisting with luggage, providing helpful advice about the hotel’s facilities, or simply ensuring that I was comfortable and happy, they embodied the spirit of hospitality.

the cleaners very nice .. Abdul al fatah was very good staff ,also another male staff in front of desk he was very nice he tried to put both rooms in the same floor
